Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 3–4 inch circle.
  • Place 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the Nutella bombs seam-side down in the basket, leaving space between each one.
  • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While the bombs are still warm, brush them with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings or dips.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover Nutella bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to restore crispiness.
  • Freezing: Assemble the bombs and freeze them unbaked. Cook directly from frozen, adding 2–3 minutes to the air fryer time.
  • Alternative Fillings: Try peanut butter, dulce de leche, or jam for different flavors.
