- 1 can 8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough
- ½ cup Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 3–4 inch circle.
Place 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the Nutella bombs seam-side down in the basket, leaving space between each one.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the bombs are still warm, brush them with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings or dips.
- Storage: Store leftover Nutella bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to restore crispiness.
- Freezing: Assemble the bombs and freeze them unbaked. Cook directly from frozen, adding 2–3 minutes to the air fryer time.
- Alternative Fillings: Try peanut butter, dulce de leche, or jam for different flavors.
