Ingredients

  • 1 lb 450g salmon filets, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Pat the salmon filets dry and cut them into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
  • Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides or dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Freezing: Freeze raw, seasoned salmon bites for up to 2 months. Cook directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the air fryer time.
  • Dipping Sauces: Pair with garlic aioli, tartar sauce, or soy ginger glaze for extra flavor.
