- 1 lb 450g salmon filets, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Pat the salmon filets dry and cut them into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.
In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides or dipping sauce.
- Storage: Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
- Freezing: Freeze raw, seasoned salmon bites for up to 2 months. Cook directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the air fryer time.
- Dipping Sauces: Pair with garlic aioli, tartar sauce, or soy ginger glaze for extra flavor.
