Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 lb turkey breast bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat the turkey breast dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, including under the skin if possible.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the turkey breast skin-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover turkey in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
  • Freezing: Freeze cooked turkey slices in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Thaw and reheat as needed.
  • Adjusting for Size: For larger turkey breasts, increase the cooking time and check the internal temperature periodically.
