- 2 –3 lb turkey breast bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pat the turkey breast dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, including under the skin if possible.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the turkey breast skin-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
- Storage: Store leftover turkey in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
- Freezing: Freeze cooked turkey slices in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Thaw and reheat as needed.
- Adjusting for Size: For larger turkey breasts, increase the cooking time and check the internal temperature periodically.
