- 4 very ripe medium bananas about 1⅔ cups mashed
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until very smooth.
Mix in melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
